Varistor Technologies is founded by Mr. Subham Charan. Mr. Charan has done graduation in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering from National Institute of Technology Meghalaya (NIT Meghalaya). He is accountable for the overall performance of the business and the aggregate annual profitability of the company. He has acquired remarkable expertise in several domains such as e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, education, Real-estate, NGO, Information Technology, Talent Acquisition, Cloud Computing, and many more. Under his humble guidance and leadership, Varistor Technologies is growing with the exponential growth rate.

Establishing close relationships with our customers is a key element to reaching Varistor’s Vision.  We cultivate each client relationship from the initial concept to completion, often maintaining this contact years after a project is finished. We offer expertise that goes beyond “state of the practice” to include innovative solutions using techniques usually found in academic and research institutions.  Accordingly, we take a proactive approach to staff recruitment and development and maintain close ties to universities and national laboratories.
